My experience with Casey Foreman began in May, 2020 when he contacted me within seconds after placing my first property inquiry. Casey was very responsive, arranging for a property showing at the height of the first wave of the COVID-19 outbreak when homes were not actively being shown. The first property didn't meet our requirements, and we subsequently viewed over 50 houses across 4 different states.

Though our focus shifted, Casey Foreman always stayed in touch. In the end, we ended up right where we started purchasing a home in PA with Casey.

The best part is that our final selection was the best house (built just 5 years ago out of 50 we viewed) and at the CHEAPEST price. Persistence paid off. We even closed within 30 days, almost unheard of during the 2020 housing boom.
